Today we launch MLL-Docs, a new online shop for Swiss legal documents. Clients can choose a template and answer a guided questionnaire to prepare a document tailored to their needs.
Meyerlustenberger Lachenal offers more than 200 templates in German, English and French. The catalog includes individual documents and packages for tasks such as incorporating a company, preparing board resolutions and drawing up agreements. Some templates are available free of charge.
Instead of starting with a blank document, clients work through questions that adapt the selected template to their situation. The shop brings document selection and preparation together in one online service.
appamics connects the shop with the external document-generation service. The workflow links product selection, shopping cart, checkout and the customer account with access to purchased templates. MLL provides the legal content; document generation runs in a separate system integrated with the shop.
Following the MLL website launch earlier this year, MLL-Docs adds a dedicated online service for legal documents. The gallery below gives an insight into the shop and its interface.
