No. pharos AI is the AI product layer in appamics products. AI consulting and implementation are separate services for identifying opportunities, defining governance and architecture, and delivering the right solution.

Does pharos AI depend on one model or provider?

No. pharos AI is model-agnostic. We select the strongest suitable models for each workflow based on quality, information sensitivity, integration and operating requirements instead of treating every model as equal.

Who remains in control of publication and important actions?

People retain authority over consequential decisions and publication. Repeatable steps are automated only after permissions, limits, validation, monitoring and recovery have been defined.

Are customer prompts, files or outputs used to train public models?

No. Customer prompts, files and outputs must not be used by providers to train or improve public or shared models. The exact architecture and responsibilities of third-party services are defined for each implementation.

Can actions and decisions be reviewed or corrected later?

pharos AI tracks actions and decisions with clear attribution. Where the underlying system permits it, results can be reviewed, corrected, superseded or recovered through a controlled history.
