Bank Cler gets an interactive demonstration of its own e-banking interface. The application makes account information, payments and securities orders easier to explain through hands-on examples.
We are extending our e-banking demonstration work with a dedicated application for Bank Cler. The German-language demo follows the bank’s interface and selected banking processes, giving advisors a concrete way to guide customers through common tasks.
This is more than a change of logo. The implementation adapts the login screens, account presentation, payment forms and securities-order screens to Bank Cler. Differences in navigation and form behavior are handled in the demonstration itself.
Customers can move from the account overview into a payment workflow, inspect the payment overview or follow the steps of a securities purchase. Interactive fields and confirmation screens show how the selected processes fit together. The demo also reproduces the login journey, including a simulated SMS step.
As with the BKB application, the focus is on explaining e-banking rather than executing real transactions. Advisors can use the screens to answer a specific question or walk through a process step by step.
The Bank Cler application builds on the experience gained with BKB while remaining a separate implementation for the bank’s own interface. It also complements our earlier Bank Cler customer feedback application: that app collects branch feedback, while this one helps explain the digital banking service.
