Our pharos demonstration apps provide a practical starting point on iOS and Android. A compatible iOS device can be configured as an active iBeacon and detected by another compatible device running the demonstration app.
This demonstration makes the basic interaction tangible: one device sends a signal, and another detects its proximity. The next question is what useful information or interaction that connection should provide in a particular setting.
